We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the customized nature of print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Custom designs or personalized items.
  • Products that have been used or washed.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund:

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund:
